Bodyguard Mode
Knowing someone will find out is the most powerful brake.
Nominate a Bodyguard during onboarding — a friend, partner, parent, or coach. If you blow 100% past any app limit on any day, they get an automatic email. You can't hide. You can't talk yourself out of it. The email is sent before you've even processed what you did.
This is the single most powerful behaviour-change mechanism in the app. Knowing someone will find out is the brake that willpower can't be. It's why AA works. It's why couples therapy works. It's why this works.
