The engine scores activities for the current moment — your timezone hour, your weekday vs weekend, your stated goal, and your last 48 hours of completed activities (no repeats). It surfaces three alternatives at the moment you need them most: when you're about to reach for a tracked app.
Built on Self-Determination Theory (autonomy through choice), Behavioural Activation (easiest activity scores highest), and Broaden-and-Build (bias toward gratitude, awe, play, connection). No two days look the same.
